Of 250 worldwide) Kriegspiel is the latest sonic excursion by this Parisian Free Improvisation duo that feature prominent scene veterans Jean-Marc Foussat (VCS3) and Sylvain Guerineau (Tenor Sax). The former was responsible for what some consider as one of the greatest French Improvisation LP; the totally twisted Abattage (1983) while the latter has been very active since the early 1970 s and has collaborated in the past with the likes of Sunny Murray, Henri Grimes, Joe McPhee or Francois Tusques.
